One of the biggest challenges I hear from women during menopause, is their changing body shape and weight. For some women, this change in their weight can lead to them exploring different diets. It's hard to get go a day without hearing in the media or from friends about new diets that can help to lose weight. I've seen a lot more talk about time restricted eating and how this can help with weight loss so in this week's blog post I've what the evidence is for this way of eating and whether it can help women in menopause lose weight.   • Time restricted eating can result in 3% weight loss
  • Adherence to time restricted eating can be a barrier to its success
  • No or little evidence on the effectiveness of time restricted eating in menopausal women

I truly believe the best diet is what works for you but is also something that is sustainable. Following some diets only work in the short-term and doesn't always fit in with everyones lifestyles.
